The hotel offers spacious rooms that are big enough for two people, but the proximity to a brick wall less than 3 feet from the window can be off-putting. The service is friendly and helpful, though there were instances of staff wanting to clean up early. The location is convenient for those attending the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction, but not ideal for leisurely walks. The dining options, while adequate, could be improved for tastier dishes. Despite its shortcomings, the hotel provides a lovely setting in Old Town Scottsdale.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Scottsdale Stadium, making it a good option for those attending the Giants' spring training games. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a pull-out bed, making them perfect for families. The service is exceptional, especially with the complimentary shuttle service available within a 3-mile radius. However, the dining options could be more varied, and the hotel's overall appearance may seem a bit drab considering its size.

I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. The rooms, although a bit dated, were clean and comfortable, consistent with other Holiday Inn Express hotels I've visited. The complimentary wine and beer in the evening added a nice touch. However, the breakfast could definitely use some improvement, especially if they added tastier options like potatoes. The pricing was on the higher side, even with a membership discount.
